Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Dev Process Hub website and local record-keeping utility, including permitted use, limitations, and legal disclaimers.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to the Dev Process Hub website at dev-processhub.click and use of the Dev Process Hub software. By accessing the website or using the software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
1. Description of the software
Dev Process Hub is local data tracking, organisation, and analytical software for Binance-compatible portfolio records across multiple account archives. It supports historical review and informational summaries for personal record-keeping.
Dev Process Hub is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
You may use the website and software only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms in your location. If you use the software on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use.
3. Permitted use
Subject to these Terms, you may use Dev Process Hub for lawful personal or internal record-keeping, including organising compatible records, maintaining separate account archives, reviewing historical entries, and reading summaries based on locally available information.
You are responsible for the records you make available, the accuracy of source information, device access, lawful rights to use the data, and any conclusions you draw from informational views.
4. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the website or software for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, bypass, or compromise technical protections;
- introduce malicious code or use the service to harm another person or system;
- misrepresent Dev Process Hub as a financial institution, exchange, broker, wallet, custodian, investment platform, or official Binance or Microsoft product;
- use the software to provide unauthorised financial services or misleading financial advice;
- reverse engineer or redistribute protected elements except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, data protection, or other rights.
5. No wallet, custody, or transaction service
The software does not provide a cryptocurrency wallet, request private keys, take custody of assets, move funds, accept deposits, support withdrawals, process payments, or execute purchases, sales, transfers, or other transactions. References to portfolio information describe records only and do not indicate control of an underlying asset.
6. No financial or investment advice
Content, historical views, and summaries are general informational material. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice; they do not constitute a recommendation or an offer to buy, sell, or hold anything. Dev Process Hub does not promise accuracy of third-party source records, future performance, profit, or any particular outcome.
You should use independent judgement and consult an appropriately qualified professional where advice is needed.
7. User records and local responsibility
You retain responsibility for information you maintain locally. Keep suitable backups, use reasonable device security, and check records before relying on them for personal documentation. Removing software, changing devices, system failure, or incomplete backups may affect access to local records.
The utility’s output depends on the quality, scope, and completeness of the information supplied. A summary may be incomplete or inaccurate when underlying records are incomplete or inaccurate.
8. Intellectual property
The website, software, design, text, and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use them in accordance with these Terms, no right, title, licence, endorsement, or ownership is transferred to you.

9. Third-party services
The website may link to services operated by third parties, including the Microsoft Store homepage. Third-party services have their own availability, functionality, terms, and privacy practices. Dev Process Hub does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party content or services. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself create an affiliation.
10. Software availability and changes
Features, presentation, compatibility, and availability may change over time. Dev Process Hub may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website or software where reasonably necessary. There is no promise that every feature will always remain available or that the software will be compatible with every device, operating system, file, or third-party data format.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that summaries will be complete or accurate. Statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dev Process Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss arising from incomplete records, or decisions made from informational summaries.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or software, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect software changes, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Before formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to attempt to resolve concerns through direct communication.
16. General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable store terms, form the agreement concerning use of the website and software.
